WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to a large number of orders, please allow an estimated time of 1-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Please keep in mind that the above mentioned time frame is just an estimate of our popular offers and you could even receive your package a week before or after the estimated time.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have ordered more than one item and all of them are shipped in different packages, it could be because few or more items might have been shipped from a different international warehouse because of the availability of any particular item. We try our best that you get your package in proper time so we usually ship the item from a different warehouse which could be located a little bit far from your country and might take a bit longer to reach you, but we process the order quickly so that it reaches you as fast as possible, so because of all this, your items could be in different packages from an another.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
Although all of our orders are mailed with proper insured shipping and handling but still if your package gets lost during the delivery process or gets stuck at the customs, or even sent back, we would at first apologize to you for this mishap and we will send you a new package straight away with a free faster shipping plan but prior to that you've to see and full fill the points mentioned in our refund and return policy page. Even if you fail to full fill the points in mentioned in our refund and return policy page, we still are going to sort your issue out so don't worry about it and send us a message and we would love to resolve all your issues.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All the prices displayed on our store are in USD and are tax free, which in other word means that you don't have to pay any hidden taxes to us but possibilities are that once you receive your order or the order arrives in your country, it could be stopped at the custom and you could be asked for paying the charges and taxes to get it. We don't cover all these taxes and charges as these are there in your country because of its rules and regulations so you've to cover all these charges and 99% of the time the products we sell are almost tax-free and you won't be needing to pay even a penny to customs officers.
