Refund Policy

Canceling your order!

We offer our customers great flexibility; all orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you paid for your order and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you will need to contact us within 12 hours of payment time. Once the product has been packaged and ready to ship, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

We do our best to meet your expectations, and if for any reason you were not satisfied with our product we will be happy to issue a full refund, no questions asked.

You can ask for a refund or reshipment in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered within 45 days (plus 2-5 days processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment. Delays from local customs are out of our guarantee and will be treated on a case by case basis.
  • If you received the wrong item.
  • Change of mind: If you do not want the product you’ve ordered you can ask for a refund; item must be returned at your expense in its original packaging and unused.

Shop Bold Posture will not issue a refund if:

  • Your order was not delivered because you provided the wrong address when you placed the order.
  • Your order was not delivered due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of shopboldposture.com (for instance: not cleared by local customs, natural disasters, etc.).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of shopboldposture.com

*Please submit your refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired by sending us an email to support@shopboldposture.com If you are approved for a refund, the amount will be credited automatically to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 14 days.
