Canceling your order!
We offer our customers great flexibility; all orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you paid for your order and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you will need to contact us within 12 hours of payment time. Once the product has been packaged and ready to ship, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds
We do our best to meet your expectations, and if for any reason you were not satisfied with our product we will be happy to issue a full refund, no questions asked.
